Dinesh K. Patnaik is an Indian Foreign Service officer of the 1990s cadre. He is currently Ambassador of India to Spain. He was previously Ambassador of India to Cambodia and Morocco, former Additional Secretary (IOR) and (CPV & OIA) in the Ministry of External Affairs (India) and former Director General of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations, an autonomous organization of the Government of India.
