Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid. Specialization in Labor Law from the School of Legal Practice of the Complutense University of Madrid and Mediation from the University of Alcalá de Henares.

Development of professional activity mainly as a lawyer and labor legal advisor at RTVE and in management positions as Director of Personnel at TVE and Director of Human Resources at the Cervantes Institute.

Since 2015 development and implementation of the mediation project for labor coexistence in RTVE and currently responsible for labor law of the Technical Office of Mediation of RTVE.
