Former President in Spain of the European Group of Magistrates for Mediation (GEMME). President of the Mediation Institute of the Principality of Asturias (IMPA). Mediator of the Spanish Mediation Center (CEM) of Cámara España.

Relevant experience:

• More than 400 agreements obtained in mediations since 2014, in banking matters, family partnerships, inheritances, commercial disputes between companies, etc.
• Confidentiality in mediation processes makes it impossible to mention the actions as a mediator, except those that have exceptionally been reflected in the media. Thus, in 2018, he was proposed by the CSIF trade union center as a mediator in the strike of Justice officials in Galicia. In 2020, it achieved an Agreement after a mediation process between the multinational AZSA (of the Glencore group) and 49 workers affected by mercury poisoning.
