The Secretary General of COMJIB, Enrique Gil Botero, is a renowned jurist of Colombian origin who has served as Minister of Justice and Law of this country, as well as a member of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and as a Magistrate and President of the Council of State of Colombia. He has also worked as a university professor at the national and international level and is the author of numerous legal works and writings.
