Property Registrar since 1988. Currently holder of the Property Registry of Alicante No. 1.

He has been a member of several courts, among them the one for State Attorneys.

He has been a member of the Governing Board of the Dean’s Office of Registrars of the Valencian Community and member of the Board of the National Association as Director of the Coordination Services of the Settlement Offices and Registry Conciliation and Mediation.

Founding partner of CONVIVENTIA, association of registrars for mediation, arbitration and conciliation.

He is currently Director of the Center for Registry Conciliation and Mediation (CCMR) of the Association of Registrars.

Author of numerous articles on mediation and conciliation.

He has been awarded the medal of honor of the Association of Registrars and the Distinguished Cross of 1st Class of the Order of San Raiumundo de Peñafort.
