She is also Director of ENEL Generación Chile and President of the Anti-Corruption Alliance of the United Nations Convention against Corruption UNCAC Chile and Regional Secretary for the Southern Cone of the Ibero-American Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Services AICO.

She also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the Universidad de los Andes and diplomas in Construction (U. Andes) and in Negotiation (PUC). She has served as counselor and mediator arbitrator of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the CCS, external mediator of the State Defense Council and member of the Nominating Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Chile. She is currently a member of the Ethics Committee of Endeavor Chile.

In her professional life she has excelled in her professional role and in the conduction of arbitrations and mediations, particularly in matters related to energy, natural resources, regulated industry, construction, financial and free competition.
