Marlen is a Partner and Director of the Litigation, Arbitration & Mediation Department at RocaJunyent, as well as a member of the Firm’s Board of Directors. She has a prolific international career as an expert in the field of conflict resolution. In addition, she combines her career with the Presidency of Women in a Legal World (an association of which she is also the Founder).

She holds management positions in the Council of European Lawyers, the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Ibero-American Legislation, and is a member of the advisory board of universities, publishers, arbitration courts and organizations such as Endeavor.
In the educational field, she is an arbitration and mediation professor at IE University, the Comillas Pontifical University, the Carlos III University and the Polytechnic University, among others.

She is the author of multiple publications. Studied Law and Business Administration at ICADE and in Switzerland. She has the Advanced Management Program at Wharton and ESADE and the Global Leadership at Harvard. Her brilliant career has earned her recognition from various international directories, such as Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Best Lawyers, who have selected her as a leading lawyer in her field.

Likewise, she has been chosen as one of the 20 most relevant lawyers in the Spanish legal profession, as one of the 100 most influential women in Spain and awarded the Top 50 InspiralLaw Award for Spain and Portugal, Top 60 Women in the Iberian Legal Sector and “Forty under 40”, by Iberian Lawyer.
