Juan Pablo Schaeffer F. Lawyer, university professor, mediator and business manager, with extensive experience working in the public and private sector in the areas of sustainability, community relations, conflict prevention and resolution, in companies such as Codelco, Xstrata Copper, Colbún, among others. He has a postgraduate degree in Community Relations and a Masters in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from the University of Queensland, Australia, and a diploma in International Arbitration from CAECE, Argentina. He is a professor at the LLM of the Catholic University of Chile. In addition, he is a counselor at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Santiago (CAM Santiago) and a mediator internationally accredited by CEDR and IMI and recognized by Leaders League, as Chile Best Mediators, years 2019 to date.
